"Staff were on standby for any assistance if needed and the property is well secured. "

"The windows are so thin you can hear everything happening outside even people walking by. The door locking mechanism was so loose. The family didn’t feel safe even with the safety latch engaged. The prices from the snack shop are more than the airport or a luxury hotel in New York City. But I feel the price reflect the condition."

"The property was good, but the suite lacked some details that could’ve made the stay easier (I.e. swimsuit drying lines, robe hooks in bathrooms). The rooms were minimally stocked but housekeeping brought the requested items quickly. Waterpark was great for the family, kids enjoyed the pool and slides. We only ate onsite at the waterpark restaurant, was decent and drinks were strong!"

"Room was clean but maid service never came to my room on the first day after we arrived. Had to reuse wet towels. Television channels were impossible to figure out, it annoyed me all trip. Bed was not comfortable, but I do have a bad back. I’m not saying the place was bad.., but it wasn’t great either. "

"Room was fairly dirty, floor had old food on it that had not been vacuumed. Room smelled very musty, like feet. Bed had stains on it, and I also had ants in my bed. The bathroom was fine. Didn’t want to take my shoes off in the room."

"Great breakfast and large suite style room with living room space and bar area. Great spot and the shuttle to and from Disney was just as easy as the Disney busses. "
