"This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach."

"Loved the condo! 2 bed/2 bath, spacious and spotless. All the comforts of home. There is a shuttle to the World Marriott which has lots of dining/bar options along with two Starbucks. The Sabal Palms has a lovely pool area, a little mini market with the essentials and then some. Room is fully equipped and comes with a starter set of coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. We were 10-15 mins from all the parks and used Lyft to get back and forth, all very easy. "

"There was no front desk to check in or out. And we really liked being able to just go straight up to the room when we arrived and when our stay was over to just make sure keys were left and door was locked. We would for sure stay here again and plan on booking for a few weeks out with our kids."

"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"I’m not sure the photos do this place justice! It was even better in person. Beautifully renovated and decorated, very clean, comfortable, and such a great location! We loved the community and especially the pool. The trolley stop was right outside and made for easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again."

"The house was exactly as shown. 3 floor bedroom was nice except for the 3 stacked bunk beds, hard to get into. Great area, walking distance to beach and many areas close by."

"Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time."

"We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time."
