"Because I am disabled, I had particular difficulty in locating a room with the role in shower in the category that I wanted and the manager Polly was extremely helpful in finding us a room that was appropriate to my abilities. She was also very kind about the difficulties I might have within The Hotel. She suggested that we try the happy hour at the restaurant signatures on the top floor. Although we’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years we’ve never been to that restaurant thinking it was just too fancy for us. Turns out the happy hours is perfect. Good value for food options beautiful view nice people and good drink choices. We ended up going there three times over the course of a week and I have recommended it to many of our friends who live in Honolulu, who also would never think to go to dinner at the top of the Alamo Moana hotel. For tourist, visitors and, kama’aina alike we highly recommend it for the happy hour and the view. We also really like the pool area. We don’t always have time to go out there when we’re coming into Honolulu for a doctors appointment or to visit Family, but the availability of Shade and the Small restaurant next-door make it a nice option for a reading your book in the afternoon or taking a nap."

"Breakfast bugget was delicious. They had a variety of options and everything was good and fresh. Their fruit and omelette were the best! Shout out to my cleaning lady Yuet Chun, she was amazing!!!! She made sure we were well taken care of and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She even gave us advice on what beaches to go to for the little ones. I mean, all around I loved it all!! We used the pool a couple times only because we had so many things planned. Very kid friendly. A bit small but perfect because like I said, we had things planned. They were open late as well. Also, parking was $60 daily and we couldn’t park there because we rented a 9 1/2 foot tall van so we had to park across the street. Which worked out to our favor because we ended up paying for the whole month $250!!! Rather than $65 a day x 7 would have been $455. So I ended up saving. The walk wasn’t too far either to get to. Loved my experience. Did excursions and my recommendation is to shop around!!!! Do not to with the first option because chances the hotel reception area will beat their prices (which they did) and gave us a killer deal. I would definitely go back. Loved it here. "
