"Only issue i had was: first i dont know if it was an accident by cleaning staff but my dress disappeared. When i called to report the situation the reaction was slightly unpolite. The response was simply "that never happened to us before". The staff did not support for a solution for the issue first till i seriously started to talk. Atleast, after one staff talked to the boss the dress was back in the room when i went back in my room later that day. Furthermore there was no excuse or sorry after that as nobody cared. Just stood quiet."

"The room was excellent (we stayed in Family Room, Vhari wing) - clearly well thought out and stocked with towels, jandals, everything you need. Beach was beautiful. Water slides were great except they were often closed which other resorts don't do. Staff were lovely and helpful. Pools were way too hot. There was no need to heat them at all in that heat. It was like going into a spa. Also, they sweeten everything. Cocktails way too sweet. But overall, a great stay and would recommend. "

"This property was good. Super clean, staff were nice and it really accommodated to kids. Only down fall was that kids club you had to stay with your kids if they were under 5 and better breakfast options were needed. Also as soon as it hit 10:30AM they clear all the breakfast which I found annoying. "
