"事前に調べて行ってたので、施設のコンセプトを理解して有馬の街を堪能させていただきました。温泉街にて自宅のように、まさにそういう風に過ごすことができました。 部屋にいくエレベーターを降りてすぐのところにビールと酎ハイの自販機がありました。ビジネスホテルレベルの値段で置いてくれてますので飲み足りないときはそこで更なる水分補給。部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫（冷凍機能なし）、ポット、洗面台ながしがありました。 古いですが綺麗に清掃してくれてます。チェックアウト12時もありがたかったです。"

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

"the room was just like a apartment, divided bedroom and bathroom area. I liked that but bathtub was too old so I couldn't use it. location was nearby te train station but not major city side, so not convenient than I thought. "

"The staff were very welcoming and gracious & listened to our every request as best as possible. They were very responsive when it came to contacting them for transportation as well. Some staff can speak English very well too."
