立地も良く、部屋からの眺望も良かったし、ウエルカムドリンクも駅までの送迎も有難たかった。ただ、部屋の家具にホコリが溜まっていて、エアコンの風で部屋中に飛びそうで嫌だったのと、ベットのマットが最悪だった。ところどころスプリングが悪くなっているのか、寝心地も悪かった。

チェックインしてまず目についたのが、部屋に小さいゴミがいっぱい落ちていた。 せっかくポートタワーが目の前にあって夜景を楽しめると思ったのに窓ガラスが汚かった。

Room 919 robinets was out shape very bad condition, lamp burn by other customers. Bed comfortable, quiet, hot spring very nice, ventilation 100% very good. They offered me a map in English the day I checked out which means today June 10 very sarcastic front desk staff , now see the pictures

Hot baths to soak in

Centrally located easy walk to motomachi station, shopping and the port. Rooms outdated, walls need a good clean, neverthe less comfortable. Beautiful bath and sauna area ideal for soking after a day of adventure

I was an unusual foreigner in this family-friendly hotel, but had no troubles with helpful staff (and some Google translate!) Great breakfast buffet, nice spa, ok exercise room, easy laundry, free drink at happy hour, great location, overall great value.

朝食が品数豊富で美味しく頂きました。偏食がちな子供でも食べられる物が豊富にあり喜んで食べていました。大浴場が夜中いつでも入れるのは大変便利でした。夏場の高速道路走行後で窓ガラスの虫汚れが気になっていましたが、帰りの駐車場で窓拭きサービスしてくれているとは思わず、スタッフの方々の気遣いがとても嬉しく思いました。次に神戸に行く時もまた利用させて頂きます、今回はありがとうございました。

TOWERとは無関係の経営です

ポートタワーの冠があるのでPORT TOWERの経営かと思って予約したのですが全く関係がないそうです。 TOWERに登るので割引きを期待したのですが・・・。 ホテル宿泊設備は可もなく不可もなく普通でした。 神戸の街中で温泉（当日は阿蘇の湯）に入れることと、朝食は良かったです。
