"Very nice hotel! It was so clean and new, and was just great. It was very nice to have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Also a pretty good location, 10 mins walk to popular gion area. Only complaint would be that there was no front desk staff, it was virtual, so when we put in a request for an extra pillow, it took 3 hours for them to respond only for them to say they couldn't give us an extra pillow."

"Property was beautiful inside, very fancy. It was a very clean hotel, check in was easy and in English. I was even able to check in early which was very convenient. The room was luxurious, and both Western and Japanese style pillows were given which was very appreciated, although the Western pillows were slightly too soft but that’s my personal preference. Complimentary water bottles every day were greatly appreciated. Public Bath was amazing, originally sceptical but once I experienced it once, I went every night I could. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, shower was phenomenal, some of the best water pressure I’ve ever had. Overall, a great experience and one I’d definitely return to. "
