We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket in September 2017 and the stay was really nice. The resort has 3 entrances/exits - 1 on to the beach, 1 onto the main drag and 1 onto the side street. This is so convenient coz it allows you to get to the different areas of Patong from within your hotel resort (especially if its raining). This is one of the finest hotels in the world! We stayed there as part of the sandbox program. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet part of Phuket - away from the crowds and built up areas. An amazing hotel and part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the world and truly reflective of the title. We travelled with 3 teenagers so were spread over 2 rooms but with the safety of the hotel they were never a concern or worry. Location is great with only a small walk across to uncrowded Surin beach. Staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was ever a problem, many thanks to all of you for making our holiday truly remarkable! Hope to be back some time in the future.

Amazing! The staff were friendly and went beyond. I broke my ankle the day we arrived. What could have been a nightmare turned into a great experience. Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge.
