"Friendly staff, clean rooms, fluffy towels and hot shower are my main criteria and this had it all. Handy to Box Hill Hospital 25 minutes walk or bus nearby"

"In Melb for surgery, request for 1hr early access to hotel room done. Room beautiful, modern clean well furnished, secure parking. Will recommend to associates going to that area of town. Bye Kenny"

"The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is very well presented as well as staff. Only issue is. they don't have a fridge in the room and it's only a cooler that doesn't really cool anything. Contacted front desk a few times to have it changed to a working cooler but Never happen within a weeks stay there. But was offered bucket of ice instead but we needed a fridge as it was hot weather and to put our drinks in. That was the only disappointment from our stay they should look into that to make it more of a pleasant stay for people. The staff are excellent and hotel is spacious and very clean."

"Parking easy,it felt secure even though it was open to the main road.Staff were excellent, they quickly reallocated our room when we found out that the shower was in the bath of the spa room we booked. My wife has mobility issues. "
