"Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai."

"Beautiful house with plenty of space for our 3 families, especially with the separate building. The owner and property manager were super helpful and very responsive. The added benefit of the Athletic Club was really above and beyond. The location was great, we walked to the beach nearly every day and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. "Perfect place for my Mom (91). Sis and myself . We were able to walk to the beach and to town and were just blocks from my daughters and their families. It was clean and beds were comfortable. I would suggest some minor upgrades ( bathroom needs some updating ). A place to sit in the yard would also be a nice addition. Overall, a good stay and would stay again."

"Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure.
