Apartment in Princeville with kitchenette and patio
Clean, modern, studio with kitchenette. Completely renovated December 2018 - everything is new including floors, cabinets, interior paint, shower, vanity, fixtures, ceiling fan, furniture...

There is a comfortable queen bed and an air mattress (twin or queen) can be provided for extra guests.

Conveniently located in Princeville so you are close to shopping, dining, coffee, golf, beaches, hiking and more. The resort is quiet and has a pool, hot tub and BBQs on site.

There is no stove or oven but there is coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, electric skillet and electric grill for your use. There is no laundry facility but fresh towels and linens can be provided at no additional charge.

We are doing the finishing touches on the condo - still need to add pictures to walls, lamps, rugs and patio furniture. Will update pics when it’s complete in early Jan 2019.

Great location!
We mostly wanted a place to sleep since we were out every day exploring the island, and this was perfect for us! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen area had everything we needed for simple food prep (we didn't want to do major cooking). We loved the location as it's close to many beaches and Hanalei. The pool/hot tub area was also great!

2 day stay in Princeville
Very clean accommodation, great location to access all the fun activities in the north shore of Kauai. Condo a bit hard to find in the dark, property is fairly crowded with limited privacy. Listing did not mention there was no air conditioning, but fans helped to cool the room. Overall a nice place to stay especially if you are out and about most of the time

Just okay.
Overall, our stay was okay. The property was clean except for a few small things, location was good, and the property was quiet. However, parking, communication, and safety weren’t acceptable. Parking: The host does not pay for an assigned parking spot making it difficult to find parking. Street parking is illegal, so there’s no alternative to the complex lots and we had to fight for parking every night. 2 nights we had to park illegally then go outside periodically to check if anyone had left an unreserved spot so we could move our car. On the final night, we never found legal parking and spent the night worried about being ticketed or towed. Safety: The main entry door is just a regular door lock (no deadbolt), which did not make me feel secure. Even worse, there is a back sliding door that didn’t lock at all, so we slept 3-4 nights with an unlocked door. Maybe Hawaii is safe, but I don’t really care; I didn’t feel safe. Communication: I’d call communication with our host completely unhelpful; we only really heard from her when she needed something, like the final payment and access to the room to supposedly fix the internet. We needed to change our booking to one day less several months out from our trip because due to Covid, we couldn’t find a rental car the day we arrived. I asked the host if she could reduce our stay by a day and never heard back. Finally, I just cancelled the booking and rebooked the appropriate days. I was annoyed but not enough to book a different rental. We arrived and got a message from our host asking if a property manager could come in to check something with the router. We told her that was fine, but we’d really prefer someone come the next day as we had already left for the day and hadn’t put away any of our valuables. I also took this time to ask if she could have the property manager fix the back door. I never heard another thing from her, so, we spent the rest of the trip worrying about the backdoor being unlocked and wondering if someone would enter our room since we hadn’t heard one way or the other. Check-in: This was just a series of small, negative experiences for us. Parking was a huge unexpected ordeal, and finding the room in the dark was another. Then walking in and finding a door that wouldn’t lock and dead bird on back porch was icing on the cake. Over the course of our 3-4 night stay, we had 2 dead birds left on the back porch. Very strange and startling.

condo as advertised, great place for our quick trip to the North Shore. communication with Robyn was prompt and pleasant will stay here again when we return
