We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests.
Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane.
Beautiful room, looks just like the pictures. The views outside of the balcony, overlooking the golf course and ocean are soo beautiful.

The concierge desk mess up my spa appointment. She was very mixed up on how to book my spa appointment and offered me the wrong time. Overly priced market in the property. The rooms were okay; clean and nothing fancy The cleaning crew was very attentive.
Great room, great faculties and amenities. Good location for beaches and hiking

Great room, gym, facilities and cleanliness. No lines at check in and service from everyone was top notch. The workers at Starbucks also stood out and very accommodating and friendly.
My room was clean and the pool area, beautiful but I did look out on a barbecue station and there was a clunking noise from my neighbors pipes, I’m guessing.

room clean staff very helpful. Love having the kitchen and washer dryer. pools hot tubs etc so nice. Only issue is nene poops but staff does work to control it. beautiful location. although you must drive to beaches. It is nice having their market to get essentials and small food items. Restaurant is expensive and sub par. Good places to eat in near by areas and in Hanalei Bay. Also the property has well maintained as far as clean.. BBQs outside to use. Great for dinners. We stay here for kitchen and BBQ access pools for morning swim and lovely property.
The Resort was absolutely stunning, the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating! Highly recommend staying here, the rooms were perfect, view was breathtaking, the pool areas were fantastic & our evening meal was fabulous !
Friendly staff. Beautiful property. We had another wonderful stay. Sure wish you'd reopen the pool bar. It was a lovely place to eat and drink when it was open.
4pm check in is awfully late, with 1000 checkout very early. Nicole and dime for parking and extra activities by the pool. Would think toiletries be available at the bathtub since shower toiletries are nailed down,
The property is in pristine condition and this applies to the exterior and interior suites. The staff at check in, housekeeping and amenities were all friendly and provided service of a luxury property.
We were surprised to learn that we ended up at a time share resort. The listing had the word “aparthotel” in small print which is the code for understanding that this isn’t a standard hotel arrangement. Our suite was OK but pretty blah. A second disappointment was that we were put in an accessible suite which meant that the bathroom was unpleasant. And while there is a good restaurant on the property it doesn’t serve breakfast so you need to buy food at their little market or the local grocery store which was recovering from a problem with their refrigeration system.
The resort location is close to several great beaches and Hanelei is a prime area to explore. And once we adjusted to the timeshare mode our stay was pleasant.
What a beautiful property. The beds are luxurious. I had an amazing nights sleep here. The North side of the island is pretty quiet in September but we loved it.
