"Stayed here for about 9 nights. Very clean, all hotel staff and procedures highly compliant with COVID precautions, in-hotel dining options were great. Concierge services very helpful with booking tours. Was unable to book tour for Elephant sanctuary as it gets filled quickly due to limited space (covid precautions), so book that ahead of time (perhaps email before arrival). David was our tour guide for the Safari. Super knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful! We should have gone to the Kenyan ethnic community market prior, then we would not have gone to the mall. High security, it felt really safe here (multiple scans and security procedures to get to your suite/room. Very spacious and clean. We booked the king bed suite and it was huge, living room, bedroom 1.5 bathroom, huge dressing area. We also had in-room dining most of the time, felt like adequate options. Dining in the restaurant also felt safe, plenty of space, sanitizers and gloves by buffet, mask required unless while eating. Pool in rooftop to lounge and gym if desired. Very close to airport (5 mins) and close to covid testing clinic (also 5 mins). Overall, would absolutely choose to go there again when in Nairobi!"

"I had a wonderful time which was made by mostly the entertainment at night dancer by name Elizabeth was extremely entertaining the dj was also very good, the bar man at the pool was very friendly but the buffet need to improve on talking to the guest when serving them food .rather than that is the best hotel ever, I would recommend it and I will definitely come back"
