"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. "As expected given the price this is far from an upmarket area. The rooms were small but clean. Initially I was given a not very nice room with an ensuite that was more like an alcove with no shower but was fortunately moved to a better one. We had to navigate building works to get into the property and then walk on a raised wooden walkway. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful"

"Never been so nervous staying here, the cottage was in the middle of no where, the entrance was not secure and couldn't lock it. Only very hot water for the showers no cold. The staff were friendly but the cottage was not very clean, the view of the ocean was good but very expensive for what we got."
