"The hotel is excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way they could. A great experience. I liked the coffee scrub they gave every evening. We bought some flowers and they kindly supplied us with a vase. Warmed up our food for free and were generally very hospitable"

"The room was clean. However, they did not provide any toiletries, no robes, no sandals nothing. It’s was just an empty bathroom. The shower gel was empty, no hairdryer. I called the reception desk to ask for a shower get and sandals, the lady told me we only provide it by request. 🤔 I believe these thing are the basic necessities. I mean a big name Hotel like Hilton. I ask if ther a sauna and steam room she told me no we don’t have it. That kind of threw me off. Our luggage weren’t even sent to our room until we asked several times. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I wouldn’t be going back there. "
