I liked the variety of food available at the restaurant buffet style for both lunch and dinner. The reception staff was very helpful with my foreign currency exchange. The free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and on time.
The location is excellent, right in the city centre, the pool was very good as it was heated, But the hotel is old and a bit worn really, needs to be revamped. Prices quite high for food and drink.....but the Jockey Club has a good deal for 5 beers for 1500 KES
IN-DOORS SWIMMING POOL AND INTERIOR DECOR ITS REALLY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
nice place, beautiful garden, nice staff. location makes it accessible to great restaurants and shops
Zero regrets. Hope to be back soon! Was there with my 5 year old daughter, perhaps better catered for business, but we still enjoyed every minute.
All staff I interacted with were so friendly and warm. I was really spoiled for my birthday stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Nairobi. The hotel itself is a little odd and furnished in a strange way (strange materials) but the staff made my stay very special!
