"Was an amazing stay. My wife and I loved the hot tub as it was chilly during our stay. It was hard to get our luggage up the steps but nothing too crazy. Staff was super friendly, and amazing breakfast. "

"For me, it's perfect Location: - If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji. Staff: - They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable. Dinner: - Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch. Room: - The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep. Breakfast: - equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience. Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is."

"Everything checked out, views, breakfast, staff, cleanliness. Only issue is, the path from the hotel to tourist places are a but hard to navigate through especially at night. Also walking distances are significantly higher. Example: a 3 minute drive from kawaguchiko station to hotel but a 30 minute walk. "
