Blinds were broken in the main bathroom so you couldn't use it without being exposed. Check-in process is exhaustive, they can access the iPad camera/mic at any time which is weird. The location is good, able to walk to restaurants and the train station easily. Very clean.

We were lucky enough to be blessed with views of Mt Fuji yesterday. Had we not stayed here and made the day trip we would of missed him in all his glory. Recommend the amazing view in room 103. Heavenly accommodation
