Awesome stay

This was my 2nd time to stay here. It was an amazing experience, very clean rooms, well equipped. There was a leak in the upstairs toilet, but after a call to support, they very kindly shifted us to another room. Beautiful place.

The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! Overall, everyone in our 9 person group loved this stay and thought it was the best one our whole trip!:)

Great location and comfortable and spacious stay

Everything about the property was great. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didnโ€™t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process. There was also no information about check-out either.
