Perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The private bath and sauna experience was incredible — the perfect way to relax after hiking Mt. Fuji. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the location was ideal — close to shops and restaurants. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Venue has a view of Mt Fuji - location is pretty good (especially for those travelling by train). Clean and reasonably furnished. The accommodation is a large static caravan. The Double bedroom had no door to it and the upper bedrooms have very low ceiling - would suit kids 7-10 - wouldn't put younger kids up there and older / taller ones struggle. Staff are very responsive - The real draw fro us was the suana - which was fantastic.

This is a newer vacation property and theyve been open less than half a year at this point. The rooms are very clean and they provide amenities The staff are very accommodating as we checked in super late and they were extremely helpful. The manager at the time Naoya is an incredibly good natured young man. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a stones throw from the train station. They provided some breakfast pastries in the freezer and some bottles of water in the fridge.

This place has teething problems. We left early because the water stopped two nights in a row. The first night it came back on quickly, but the second it did not until we went to reception. Reception is open only 9am to 10pm and the service linked on the qr code does not respond. The sauna was nice, but staff set it to 100c, which is unsafe. 65c is recommended as a start for swedish saunas. The onsen is a cold plunge, not a hot pool. The mobile homes are spacious and nice. Very convenient to station. Would be good for families if facilities worked reliably.

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch die Betten waren äußerst bequem und haben zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit eigener Sauna gebucht, und das war jeden Cent wert. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich tolle Sauna mit einem kleinen, aber sehr schönen und nicht einsehbaren Außenbereich. Dort befindet sich auch ein kleiner Pool mit kaltem Fuji-Wasser, perfekt, um sich nach einem Saunagang abzukühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der hervorragende Service: Es war sehr einfach mit der Rezeption über einen Chat zu kommunizieren. Wir haben Regenschirme zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen und beim Check-out hat das Personal für uns einen günstigen Gepäckversand zu unserem nächsten Reiseziel organisiert. Wir mussten unser Gepäck lediglich abgeben, alles Weitere wurde komplett für uns abgewickelt. Der Service war exzellent und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Sogar die kleinen Details haben gestimmt: das Messer in der Küche war schön scharf und es gab zahlreiche Amenities, wie zum Beispiel Brot zum Frühstück. Als Fazit lässt sich sagen, dass wir selten eine Unterkunft mit einem so hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erlebt haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

キッチン付きの宿を探してたので、とても満足でした。フライパンも鍋もあり、クッキングペーパーなども付いていて、とても良かったです。トースターも付いてて、ピザなども焼けました。 炊飯器があるとご飯も炊けてイイなあっとは感じました。お庭も広く、持参したバトミントンをして楽しめました。

今回は予定がありそのための宿としての利用でしたが、ここに泊まることを目的としてまた来たいと思うほど大満足でした！ 広いお庭も手入れがしてあり気持ちよく、清掃も行き届いていました。 スタッフの方も親切で、丁寧な説明に安心できました。 こどもがいるため普段はゆっくり使えないサウナも、プライベートだったので好きな時にゆっくり入ることができ嬉しかったです。 アメニティもたくさんあり、朝食のパンや水、コーヒーなどもサービスとしてありました。 サービスしていただけるものを事前に予約画面に載せていていただけると更に助かると思いました！
