"I want to take a moment to thank the staff first. From beginning to the end of our stay we had phenomenal conversations, service and support from the staff. They got to know my husband and I in a personal level and at one point knew us by name! They wouldn’t just check to see how our stay was going but check on us personally. I’m 1000% recommending friends and family to stay here. The people that we had the opportunity to interact with made the stay worthwhile and the reason we will be going back. The hotel itself was beautiful, room was cleaned quickly, breakfast at Koko kitchen was always amazing. Lunch/Dinner at the Breeza restaurant and bar was always a highlight. It’s right next to the beach so you get ocean views/entertainment with your food and drinks. The Spa was such a calm, relaxing experience. You can feel all stress melt away during your spa session. There was so much to do or locations be relax in the resort we always had something to look forward to . They also had an app where you can schedule events, classes, services. Made everything seem less and easy to request things. Huge shoutout to the following staff: Looknam, Mui, Kate, Krit, Bah, Rainbow, K, Lucy, Muay, Miew, Ben, Bay, Rak, Peachy, New, Pang, Venus, Ya, Mack, Green Tea, Pan, Golf, Meen, Yao, Mariam, Branden, Sachi, Mam, Ard, and Khawfang!!!!!(might have missed a few names we tried to get everyone)."

"Hotel was well located in an area full of attractive dining options and an active social scene. The concierge staff was courteous and welcoming. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the water in the shower was barely luke warm, making for a quick and uncomfortable bath in the morning. Maybe Singapore being a tropical place, locals probably prefer cold to luke warm showers but in air conditioned room, it might be a bit outside the comfort zone for most. Overall, the hotel is a great value for the price and I would definitely consider staying there in the future."

"Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. Desk and chair are good for working. Nice environment as I can see the greenery out of the window. Soundproofing is a bit weak. Can hear your neighbours moving in and out of the room when their door is open although my door is closed. Staff at Lime Restaurant will take care of you. Good selection of breakfast. In-room dining menu is quite extensive. A 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point and from there, you can get to Chinatown MRT Station. From Exit A of Chinatown MRT Station, you can get Amacha (local herbal bubble tea) which is quite nice! Chagee also opened a store opposite. From there, walk down and you will see a famous Hindu temple. Turn right and walk down and you will get to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Very convenient!"
