Location good veey close to bus and mrt food and shopping also handy check in check out is not so good very limited hours plus you need to lwave a $100 dep even if you have fully paid for accom window is very small and you cant see out as it is frosted glass no new towels avail i was there 3 days

Reception Desk Ms.Joanna is very friendly and did her best.
They allowed us to bring our dog. I really appriciate it.
=Bad Point=
They don't have elevator.
We had a lot of baggage, hence it was impossible to bring them to upstairs. So they prepared 1st floor room for us. However, so many ants annoyed us.
No security no staff from night to morning.
It's not like hotel because anybody, even non-guest, easily can go to your room because rooms are exposed outside, are not protected in one building.
So I think the hotel should announce on reservation websites that they don' t have elevator, no security no staff from night to morning, they are eco friendly & no cleaning in a few days, and pet friendly. Customer would be able to take note these points beforehand and choose your hotel if their requirement meets your hotel.
