Mold in refrigerator, half consume bottle drinks from previous guest left in fridge. Mold on shower curtains. Saw how maid clean the room, just simply takes used towels and wipe down bathroom. Did not vacuum rugs till requested on 3rd day stay and my stay was for 12 days. The men working front desk is polite and accommodating but the front desk girls have bad attitudes! The front desk girls needs to take some kind of hospitality course or training. Breakfast buffet is monotonous. Stayed there years ago before they renovated it. This time around it's not as good as before renovation.

Best buy breakfast when you checkin SD25 / day, cost is 10SD more if you just walk in, breakfast is good. Nice market opposite with supermarket.

This was my 3 visit to this Hotel, in the past we use to have a mobile phone to use and shuttle service that was very convinient to us but no more. While the room is spacious and clean they have to do something about the bathrooms. Not only looking tired but need to be refurbished. For the Elderly the bathtub is hard to get into showers, would be better. This time round it was very noisy with people talking in the hallways at 1.30 in the morning most of the time we were there. I don't think my wife wants to go back there again.

It’s the worst hotel I have ever been. Bc some of my colleagues stay at the same hotel so I opt to stay there…. But the breakfast area with a large group of Indian tourists just was startling as three of them were so close to me at the coffee machine, one even stepped on my right foot, absolutely not following COVID Restrictions rules. I’m in Seoul now at Lotte Hotel World, and are now tested positive (using antigen kit I had) possibly because of the close encounter with these three Indians guests in Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel hotel (my June 33rd PCR-test is negative, 48-hr result needed to enter S.Korea). The “mob” scene on the third floor breakfast area is horrible (just ask two nice ladies working on Thursday June 24th, when I abruptly, they apologized to me); Then you had a hard time trying to charge your iPhone or laptop because the outlets in the wall are just loose and you had to twist to find the “sweet” spot in order to get your charge signal. Hotel staff are great, they just need to pre-set some perimeters for those “unconventional” guests.
