"The room was clean, staff was absolutely amazing, and we had a stunning view from our room and the rooftop pool. The only slight negative was that our shower temperature only seemed to go molten lava hot or ice cold. Other than that, spectacular stay!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel required a cash deposit and only accepted cash, which already felt inconvenient and unusual. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition — honestly the worst I have seen. It looked nothing like what you would expect from a hotel room. One of the main issues was the shower, which was in very bad shape. Another problem was that there were no proper photos of the bathroom or shower in the listing, which now makes sense because of their condition. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. When I asked for some, the staff told me they didn’t have any and that I could just use the soap from the shower instead, which is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the room was full of ants, and during the night we were bitten by them multiple times. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and the insect problem. I would not recommend staying here."
