"I've been to the Cerulean 3 times now and love it, here's why: 1) Location is amazing, right by Shibuya Station, but on a quiet side street so not as crowded feeling. Can easily take transit to the airport and around town. 2) It's a luxury hotel which costs far less than others in that category. 3) There's a pool, however there is a fee and no kids allowed. 4) The staff are very helpful. The only thing I don't love about this hotel is the breakfast - while there are a lot of options, it was only ok and quite expensive if not included. Pro tip if you want a tea or coffee it takes them a long time to make it."

"The staff was so nice and accommodating with everything from Forwarding luggage to help with laundry (only two units tho and always busy). The coffee shop inside is wonderful especially the roasted Marcha latte and of course the mall below and Miyashita Park (w Starbucks) right there as well. We ate at the restaurant on 5 and it was yummy for breakfast everyday (try the corn milk and get the pancakes!) and we saw the bar with the pool on 18 - make reservations to get in! Great large King room w view of the fabulous Yoyogi Stadium. Wonderful. Room could be loud at night from traffic and the glass carrying some sound but wonderful experience - also bathroom was nice w nice water pressure shower, handheld and rain, plus tub. Had a nice soak. It’s right by head of bed so bring poopouri. ;)"
