Perfect Stay

Fantastic hotel! Love the staff, the pool, the restaurant and the location which is so close to everything but doesn't feel as frantic and crowded as Shinjuko or Shibuya.

Stunning property with friendly staff. Rooftop pool was my favorite part, overlooking Yoyogi park. Breakfast option was a bit limited and there was no gym. However, I'll be back again for the pool and its location.

Stylish and modern, but overall we felt it was overpriced for what it offered. Our queen room with terrace was small and lacked privacy, as it faced a busy street with traffic noise. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward, and amenities like the soaking pool and minibar didn’t quite justify the high price. On the positive side, the design is sleek, the food was good, and the atmosphere attracts a fashionable crowd.

Loved the hotel and all the little details that went into our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, they were able to book us a dinner reservation and offer many suggestions of what to do. The pool was amazing and heated at this time of the year which was a treat, they even bring you blankets if you want to sit outside. Close to the trains and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

Staff members and service was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant on first floor offers fine Italian cuisine at night we enjoyed it a lot. Heated pool on the top floor has a great view and nice vibe. Next to the yoyogi park is also a plus.

Lovely Honeymoon Stay

Absolutely lovely stay here - gorgeous interiors, curated touches, and amazing staff. Felt like a 5-star hotel experience. Loved the rooftop pool and the restaurant/bar. Great location, obviously close to Yoyogi Park, but also cool cafes and bars. Only a 10 minute walk to the middle of Shibuya, but feels much calmer. Also smelled amazing - wish I could have taken that scent home with me. Highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay at Trunk was wonderful. We loved that the hotel was a short walk from some of the most bustling areas of the city, but sits in a peaceful neighborhood adjacent to the park with plenty of options for food, coffee and drinks nearby. The property was super clean and modern with ample space in our room. The rooftop pool was empty when we went, so we had the space to ourselves for a night swim (amazing!). The staff was helpful and able to make us good recommendations when we needed them. 10/10 would absolutely return in the future.
