"Check in was great as was dinner. Food and service amazing. Breakfast on the other hand, Showed up just before 930. No one to greet us. After a few minutes someone appeared and sat us. Ordered soft poached eggs and a few sides to share. Around 10, wondering where food is as checkout is 1030. Food shows up. Eggs are rock hard. Look around no staff. Go to kitchen behind closed door. Find 3 staff having a chat. By the time eggs made again, sides all cold and in a rush to check out. ...

"Wasn’t vacuumed or mopped our 8 month old baby/3 other kids was covered in black dog hair and black dirt from the floors, I had to mop twice and the water was still black, we noticed mold around windows and near the bunks where our kids had to sleep, the bathroom smelt like mildew as the mop was kept in there wet, tv wasn’t able to hold signal at all and the internet didn’t work the whole time. "The property was okay, nothing more. The cabin was very basic and fine - but bed linen was old (threadbare in places) and towels old and far from light and fluffy. Two pieces of kitchen roll and three tissues in the box. It all felt a little unloved. "

"The premises are quite new and everything looks modern, clean and well maintained. The area is fairly quiet, with minimal noise despite being close to a main road. When we arrived, the weather was extremely hot, around 36 degrees, and there were quite a few summer flies and mosquitoes, mostly in the bathroom area. Even with fly screens installed, some insects still managed to get into the bedroom, and a few were in our room. Pest spray was provided, which helped and was appreciated. The...

"The room was very old, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the sofa, and the carpet was particularly smelly. The only reason we chose this motel was the swimming pool, but it had just been treated with chemicals, so the kids were unable to use it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
