This was my third visit here during my trip to Adelaide, and I was completely satisfied in every way. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay and this property. Favourite hotel in Adelaide. Special mention to staff member (Mansi) who was a huge help and a credit to this business

The staff were terrific, especially Charlie in the bar and Amanda on reception. The rooms were clean but replacement of amenities ie tea was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast was really terrific and the choice on offer was fabulous at the buffet. The seats in the bar were chesterfields and all of them were cracked and in need of replacement or recovering but Charlie more than made up for the battered seats with his excellent service I would absolutely stay there again

The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and the hotel staff are all professional and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the cities attractions, and if you don’t fancy walking the tram and bus stops are close by.
