"Clean, helpfull staff and close to subway station"

"The hotel is near the airport so it is not residential and you can only eat in its restaurant. You can buy some simple food in its convenient store which is like seven eleven. Better quality though. But you can easily take shuttle to the airport every 20 to 30 minutes and only a few minutes to get there, or if you have a day take there shuttle to a big Japanese mall where you can have food and everything. We loved this hotel and its attentive staffs. Highly recommended. And will stay again when we come to Narita airport."
