"The room was clean and had the basic necessities. But our air conditioner didn't work. Luckily the window opens a little so we could get some breeze. The room didn't have a closet so we could barely store our suitcases. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great little hotel, a little way outside the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Check-in was easy, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless as is usually the case in Japan. Our stay in Tokyo was blighted by rain, but this made coming back to the hotel and relaxing in the very nice onsen all the better! Overall, couldn't have wished for a better place to rest the weary bones."

"Beautiful property, in a convenient location being only a 10 minute walk from shinjuku station. The only thing I didn’t like is it was near a lot of the adult clubs, so walking down some of the alleys late at night as a solo female travelled, i was approached a lot. And then I wish they had more of a Japanese style breakfast"
