"This is an airport hotel with a reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. It had the added benefit of an outdoor pool with a nice fenced in deck only minutes from the airport. It served our purpose to get a good night’s rest prior to an early morning flight without having to worry about traffic tie-ups."

We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit"

She has gone above and beyond in helping us with restaurant recommendations, transportation tips, excursions, and ideas for things to do with our family—especially during the recent storm when we needed extra guidance. Beyond her knowledge and helpfulness, Mina’s warm personality and infectious smile made us feel genuinely welcomed. She truly helped make our stay better than we expected. "Property was kept clean even with the storms that were going our first few days there. Staff kept the grounds clean of the tree debris and cleaned the pools out each morning. The rooms were clean, and they serviced the rooms daily(took out trash, made the beds, cleaned the bathroom, etc) Will stay here again on future trips to Hawaii! "
