"This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment. The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. "An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! "The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. Our complimentary breakfast each day was delicious, and we had plenty of choices. The location was not the best for us, since we had no car to get around, although the hotel did have a shuttle that took us where we wanted to go. There weren't many restaurants nearby and the roads were very congested and we felt unsafe walking around because of the traffic."

"I would not recommend this property at all until serious changes are made. When we firat arrived the staff was friendly. We went to our room and it went downhill from there. The master bedroom air conditioning was broken, was told would fix the next day. We were offered a fan in 90 degree weather. No thank you. There was no other villas available at the time so they made up the 3rd bedroom, as we only booked a 2. The shower had no hot water or water pressure. The tub would not drain. Was told...

"You get what you pay for 14€. There was a loud construction going on. For one day no water in 2nd floor, staff really did not care. There is a lot of ants everywhere. Overall no hello, thank you or sorry from staff. Plus side it has a pool, rooms are large and the place is just next to the beach."
