"The Hari Hong Kong deserves excellent ratings. Their staff provided friendly, professional service from the greetings when we first arrived to when we left 13 days later. The entire stay was a good experience. "Best hotel in Hong Kong. Despite the location since I uber everywhere I didn’t mind. Their service and attention to detail of every staff was amazing. How they bring the utensils to you and how house keeping is trained really made me want to stay only at the Murray. Most hotels in this price range indeed have above average service but Murray does it better. I have zero complaints. Rooms are spacious and sleek almost like Armani hotels. Worth giving up the harbor view."

"From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!"

"The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the waiters and waitress were always greeting with friendly smiles. The location is convenient with some walking to MTR, but they have shuttle bus service that helps a lot. We highly recommend Dorsett hotel in Wan Chi."
