Colonial Terrace Motor Inn
8/10 Good
"Clean and quiet property. That said when I was there only two other rooms were occupied.. No staff after 6pm. No breakfast - strictly room only. Excellent water pressure in the shower! (I find this feature important - for me anyway). Bed is very comfortable."

"From the moment we parked the car in the excellent car park, to reception that was seamless and as if a personal concierge had taken us through the check-in process. We entered a modern well-equipped suite, to find everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. Ferris gave us advice on local sights, shopping and where to find the best eateries. This became the best stay of our trip. A definite stay next time we come to the Hunter."

Family-sized getaway in the heart of the Williams valley, near Barrington tops

"It was a lovely experience. We were a group of 10 adults and 1 infant - everyone fit perfectly in the rooms including the living room's sofa bed. The heating was very effective, kitchen had everything needed to cook for 10, outside fire pit was excellent (the host had left us more than enough wood that burned nicely), view was 10 on 10, and there were a few lovely walks in the woods only a few minutes drive away."
