"Room was small but practical for a European city"

"Twin room was larger than I thought it would be. Quite clean. Staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. A couple of evening "concierge" men were rude and not helpful. The morning one was awesome. One more criticism - the shower floor is extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped and I did also. Grab bars and a textured floor would make them so much safer! Overall, it was a great stay, very very close to everything near Centraal station. "

"Great staff at check in and the breakfast room. Fantastic location, right on a canal, short walk to museums and bus stops. The breakfast buffet had many wonderful options, definitely worth it both for the convenience and value. Tons of restaurants close by. Hotel was extremely quiet at night. Would definitely stay again."

"Very old building with outdated furniture and amenities. The lift/elevator is extremely small. The stairs are very small and steep, kind of risky. The staffs are very nice and helpful."
