Great stay in Amsterdam at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly helpful and very engaging. Sophia in the bar is a terrific bartender who was very helpful about getting around Amsterdam. Also the young asian girl, I believe was a manager actually came up to our room to help us get the key to work properly. Easy to walk around the city from there.

Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude. Super friendly and helpful - will defo stay here again!

Beautiful Hotel, lovely room. Very safe. The walk to the center is really nice! Also if you are interested in exploring the botanical garden and the zoo it’s very close! The breakfast is delicious and the staff were very nice.

Everything was great . Location , pretty hotel , good vibe , rooms were super quiet , the only issue was a pizza in the fridge but staff came and removed it right away and cleaned the fridge and offered us free breakfast for our stay . Been in Amsterdam 6 times and would def return here .
