"Staff on arrival were so lovely and helpful. Our room was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Lots of coffee, sugar ect. Plenty of clean, large towels. Great shower and heater light. Very comfy bed. Very quite and minutes walk to the Three Sisters, perfect position for a sunset stroll down. Great takeawy food options close by. We loved our stay and will be back! "

"Very lovely styled property, with efficient processes to make the stay very streamlined. Comfortable rooms glammed up motel style, albeit a little dark. The bookable spa was wonderful. Breakfast cart was nice and tasty but would have preferred more substantial offerings on site. Solid 4 star property and would stay again if in the region"

"The place is lovely and the staff do polite. It is an older building so there are some quirks but we had a wonderful stay. The water was hot, bed comfy and everything to our needs. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff really made it, they clearly love the place and their customers."
