Lovely personalised welcome and simple check-in. Offered water on arrival. Only stayed one night, but will start longer next time. Great location for British museum and tube

The moment we booked until we left..the customer service was superior to any where else we have been..the suites were beautiful and clean. Our first stay in London was made even better thanks to your Hotel..Thank you

Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

Quite simply one of the best guest experiences I've enjoyed in four decades of business travel. Truly exceptional on every dimension.

loved our stay here. Staff and facilities excellent. Restaurants were also extremely good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to the British museum and easy walking distance to public transport

The family room was excellent for our group of four.

Staff are AMAZING!

Hotel was recently renovated and it has been done beautifully. We stayed here back in 2005. Great staff, excellent service

Excellent location and very friendly staff

Great location. Excellent staff. Unusual for London.

Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. Best service in the world. Enjoyed wonderful breakfast lunch and dinners at the restaurants. The pool and sauna were so relaxing at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again.

Great true 5 star stay at the sweet spot for the price point, kind of standalone option for London stay right now. Don’t over think it, book it.
