"The location of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo is unbeatable, just a short walk to Shinjuku Station and right by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the stay itself did not match the price or four-star rating. The mattress was extremely stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The bedding setup was also frustrating, constantly coming apart during the night. The room and bathroom felt very outdated, with poor lighting that was dim and flickering, and housekeeping missed obvious issues like this during multiple cleanings. Cleanliness was also a concern, with visible hair and mold-like buildup in the bathroom. While the location was great, the overall experience lacked the comfort and attention to detail expected at this level. For the price, I would not stay here again."

"This hotel is far from everything. It is not cleaned during your stay, the cleaner just comes in and gives bottled water and new towels. The outlets for charging devices do not work. The beds are uncomfortable. "

"The room was clean, good cotton sheets, towels, nice pijama, it is located so close to train rails, however we didn't hear noises, which was wonderful. Its location can't be better, just a block from Shibuya crossing and subway station. The only thing I may say is that you should only have a carry on as there is no room for a luggage and a carry on as I usually travel. The bathroom is really small, I think big people don't fit, however I did it well. The staff was helpful and kind."
