"Likes - checking-in was easy and check-in staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious enough.
Breakfast was buffet-style and had adequate choices for my needs.
There is a good bus service into Edinburgh city centre.
Dislikes - my room overlooked the neighbouring restaurant so early evening was a bit noisy. "
"The staff were all very kind and the food & cocktails in the restaurant were incredible! I was in a junior suite and it was a lovely experience to treat myself to. "

"Everything was great- service, quietness, friendliness of the staff, and of course the cleanness of the entire hotel. Food options for breakfast and dinner were great."
"This was our second time staying at the Holiday Inn before a flight and really good.Lovely stay and friendly staff who work hard and are always helpful. Super service at reception bar, and from waiting staff. Fantastic breakfast, full, fresh and loved the pancake machine. Great connection via the shuttle to airport so will definitely use the hotel in the future 😀 Comfortable enough room, well equipped and super shower. Snacks - chicken goujon were delicious with wine for quick evening meal and Craig's burger was nice but would have been even better if good quality beef but then we are from Aberdeenshire with best Angus beef in the world.! Thanks to all and see you again the next time we fly out of Edinburgh,
Laura, Craig."
