Expensive, but the rooms are wonderful, very new clean and well appointed. Great pool and bar and easy to book snorkle, fins etc. Staff amazing and helpful. We loved the experience and being pampered by the wonderful staff. The Chef is top class, some of the best food you will enjoy.

I stayed at the hotel with 6 other family members and we all enjoyed our time spent there together. Our rooms were clean well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was central and we were able to walk to lots of food outlets and close to the water front also. We enjoyed our breakfast and some food and drinks here also.

We had the king suite. Our room was very spacious and clean. The mountain views were nice. Air conditioning works great. There is Beam e-scooter hire parking at the front of the hotel. The bar is nice. Only tip to know is sometimes when you swipe your room key, if turning the handle down doesn’t work try turning it up (counter clockwise) something the front desk told us after we had trouble.

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the staff and the rooms were so clean and the decor is marvellous. They had the airconditioner and fans running so the room was cool for us when we opened the door. The balcony was terrific to be able to see the beach but I am suggesting an inside apartment would be just as pleasing because the pool and the gardens were terrific too. Would highly recommend the resort and Holloways beach is just beautiful.

Wonderful location for a Cairns stay. Have been to Cairns several times and stayed at various hotels and found The Benson to be in the best location, easy to walk to dining options and to the marina or Cairns Central etc.

Hi Recommend, this Hotel, Super comfortable beds, One street down from the Espanade close to restaurants and supermarket. A great touch with the self making coffee facilities, and comfortable community room.

The hilton hotel is very clean and beautifully scented from the moment you went through to the lobby/room. I had hot water issues as in there wasn’t any and they did take awhile to fix issue. I was told in the end to leave shower on for 10 minutes and the hot water should be through. What an awful amount of water to waste.

Beautifully renovated building in Art Deco style. The high gloss timber floors, the wallpaper, the ceiling rosettes, this property has it all. I fell in love the moment I walked in and will never stay in another cold impersonal motel room in Cairns again.

Hotel stay was very comfortable and staff were excellent and the location was convenient for transportion to all our activities for the stay and also dining and shopping.

The hotel is right in the centre of the Cairns restaurant and tourist area. Apartments are well-appointed and clean, and staff are polite and responsive. You are remembered when returning for a second visit and nothing is too much trouble when making booking or unusual check-in and check-out. If you want a quiet well apponted 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the Coral sea (through palm trees) where the surf life saver part of the beach is literally 40 paces from the front of the property with all the facilities you need, and well serviced by Gerald and his attentive team you will not be disappointed. I will absolutely stay here again. The kitchen had everything I needed. Loads of space for a one bedroom and clean. Great shower, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, balcony and pool. Easy to catch a bus into the city. Afodable. Just loved it here. Thankyou.

I wanted a relatively low cost, comfortable room within walking distance to all areas in Cairns CBD. I tend to self cater, so having basics in the room for this was good; also 5 min walk from shopping centre. The experience catered well for my needs.

Great stopover before our flight out of Cairns. We had an early start and the reception staff were great at organising our taxi.

I stayed at ST hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed the overall facilities, cleanliness and friendly service from hotel team. Helen was very helpful for organising my tours plus giving a bit discount for the whole tours package. Overall, it's a great experience to stay at ST, higly recommended!!

Convenient location, great staff. The amenities are dated They could really add some plug points with USB chargers. If casting to a TV..there is no way to find out which TV is yours unless you are a techie. But for the short stay..a very pleasant experience.
