"We had a one night stay in this gorgeous hotel before our flight. We got a great deal when we booked as it was just opening again after refurbishment. The room was lovely and spacious. Ear plugs were provided as it sits under the flight path for Stansted. Breakfast was the only meal we ate there and was ok (my wife won't eat cooked breakfast without hash browns, so she stuck to yoghurt and fruit) It's a delightful hotel perfect for a stay before the airport which is a 5 minute drive away "

"Good parking. Nice area. Staff were friendly. Room was cold even with heating on, asked for an extra heater but the staff couldn’t find me one. Mold growing on the inside of the fridge. Food was pretty poor from the boathouse cafe, cheap though. "
