Nice view overlooking the water and was beatuiful at night with all the lights. Liked the Pool table, darts and area for kids to play soccer.

The Manger was so rude, wanted to kick my family out 10'oclock in the night on the 14th of April, if I didn't get to the motel in 10min to get the keys? I was coming from Boyne island, so I checked out instead of her kicking us out, and I asked for my 3 days refund, she refused told me to go through Expedia to get the refund back???? 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

When you and your family arrived at 2.45am you and your family woke every guest up in the Motel with the 5 children running up and down the stairs and passageway, you then left 5 children alone at the Motel for 5 hours unsupervised until 10pm.

Aircon filters were dirty limiting cooling. Guests shouldn’t have to clean them so they work correctly.

Comfortable stay and great views over Gladstone
Motel is located on top of a hill giving it wonderful views over Gladstone and the Boyne Island Aluminium Smelter. Very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again

Location is good close to amenities. Standard of the room was fair, we had to ask for hand towels and one for on the floor outside the shower recess as the floor was slippery. It was disappointing that when we got there the on sight manager told us the wifi was down so we had no internet nor t.v the whole time we were there. Although Naomi the manager was very friendly and polite she didn't offer us a little discount for the inconvenience.

Good price for what you get though the plumbing probably needs a look at basin in bathroom kept filling, was quite noisy late at night with other guests, people smoking outside the smoke n smell goes through the bathroom window and bed head is tight next to bathroom door the beds probably need looking at one dingle bed was very dipped and the queen bed was dipped on one side on bed head end otherwise nice place

Adequate.
The park had lots going on for the kids. Movies at night, pool, jumping pillow etc. However the cabin we stayed in was very dated and although clean, it still felt a little dirty simply due to the age. The fact they consider curtains in replacement of walls was not ideal either. However had two t.v’s and ample space. No under cover parking for your vehicle however.

Booked and paid for my room, got up there and it wasn't cleaned, made up or ready. Found out it was even available but they booked me into it, took my money and never offered a solution. Manager and staff were unprofessional, looked and smelt of booze and had no shoes on. Had to book somewhere else which left me out of pocket for 2 motels and very stressed after a 7hr drive. Not happy with motel or service at all. Will never stay or recommend this property!

No where to hang clothes at all. The stink of cigarette smoke constantly wafting in through the window. Check-in person had no idea about how to greet customers. It was just awkward and odd. No service of rooms, which was frustrating because of miniscule rubbish bins. NO allowance for recycling. Dreadful pillows and an uncomfortable mattress.
