YWCA Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We book a room with a private bath and it was similar to your basic hotel room. It was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and guests were friendly and interactive. I like that the profits will go to support YWCA programs. Highly recommend the jam cafe for breakfast, but get there early. A line forms before opening. Parking is limited. "
"Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, nice fitness facility. Good walkable location downtown. We stayed here for one night to watch the BC Lions play. Would recommend and stay here again!"
"Had a great stay. Perfect location and enjoyed borrowing their bikes for a ride to Stanley Park. Very friendly staff and they left us extra waters and tea when straightening the room every day. "
"Very clean property with helpful staff. Our check in was fantastic and the associate was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The Mosaic restaurant was excellent. "
"The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic, as it’s close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It’s also very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena (I was in Vancouver to see a concert at the Rogers Arena). The room was really comfortable and clean, and having a good sized fridge (rather than the usual mini-bar) and microwave was really useful.
The à la carte breakfast available at the hotel’s Azure Breakfast Lounge was delicious and excellent value - there’s a lot of choice, including healthy options, and the team serving were really pleasant. "
"I loved the area, so close to awesome Vancouver sights. Love the partnership with YMCA for access to fitness options…and Barry’s was also right down the street. Bed, room, view were incredible!"
"Excellent area, would like to see a coffee bar with healthy snacks in lobby. Health and Fitness aids in Mental wellness, update and expand gym area to represent this importance. Extremely busy in morning. "
