"We (two families of 9) had an incredible 2 weeks stay. The owners, Helene and Pascal, could not have been nicer or more helpful (they were in a small bungalow next door so available if needed but never in the way). We used the outdoor kitchen exclusively and lived around the pool or in the ocean. The floating dock and last section of stairs had been ripped out by a storm, but a temporary ladder was available and worked fine, although we did miss the floating dock. "This property is very clean, private, spacious and beautiful. It looks even better in real life than on the pictures. We had a very peaceful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to the nearby resort (5 mn by foot), its beaches, convenience store and restaurant. We highly recommend La Villa Boheme, perfect for friends or family!"

"We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. "We loved this rental! The surf was right outside the windows and patio. It was 5-6 minutes drive to Pearl Beach or Deshaies. 5 minute walk on pathway south to Gadet Beach, a calmer cove for swimming and much less visited than the big beaches. The house is spacious and well stocked in the kitchen. Great outdoor seating. Each bedroom with ensuite bath and AC, mosquito netting. We would love to go back. "We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Villa Rubis. The view is excellent, and the villa is modern and well appointed. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms worked very well and there is a washing machine but no dishwasher. WiFi is slow. The villa was presented clean. The pool is large for this type of rental. "The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others."

"The house is very beautiful like the pictures. The location is close to everywhere in few minutes. The owner is super nice. I need to check in earlier and the owner was already waiting for me when I arrived. There was already had welcome bread and water in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. "The owner was conscious of our needs. He immediately ushered us in, told us to make ourselves home and that he would be back to answer and questions. The home can accommodate 9! Plenty of space! Beautiful grounds, a pool to yourself and 3-20 mins to the beach of your choice! Grocery is 2km away! The ambiance the owner provides and his story is c’est magnifique! "Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"My husband and I and our infant son spent 8 days here and really enjoyed ourselves. The little surf beach that is a very short 2 minute walk was a lovely place to walk in the mornings or just sit with your coffee (Fyi: the surf was rough at this beach so I would not recommend swimming here with small children).
