Charming villa, private pool and garden, 5 minutes from the beach

Majeya villa is located on private property, secure, ventilated, quiet. You will enjoy an unobstructed view, a private swimming pool. 5 mins drive from the first beach and the center of Saint-François.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the villa is furnished entirely new. It has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (one composed of a 160/200 canopy bed and the other with an area of ​​25 m2 on the first floor is equipped with 2 twin beds convertible to King 90/200 size 180, 1 sofa bed 140) convenient for children, 2 ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living and the terrace, a nice patio deck where you can enjoy the pool without vis-à-vis, 300 m2 garden.

The villa is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV, 1 table and 6 chairs, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, sunbathing, patio furniture, solar outdoor shower, barbecue, picnic cooler. All bed linen is provided, hairdryers (cot on request), internet connection (wireless).

Saint-François seaside resort, perfect for decompressing, you will find several beautiful beaches, a marina, an international 18 hole golf course, a casino, you practice all water sports, an airfield for air recreation (skydiving, baptism of air, visit microlight plane ...).
Departure by stars or boats to visit the other islands of Guadeloupe (La Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes).

On arrival a welcome snack, a tropical fruit basket and first breakfast are offered.

Very relaxing, clean and well equipped!
We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us, the listing notes that it can accommodate six but I think it would be quite cramped with more than four. Only thing I would note is there was some disagreement over a €50 cleaning fee on departure that was not disclosed in our initial VRBO contract, so may want to ask about cleaning upfront so there's no surprises. But in general, a recommended property for exploring Grande-Terre!

Séjour idéal en Guadeloupe
Séjour merveilleux dans cette villa. Yanick et son conjoint ont été d'une très grande sympathie dès notre arrivée : accras + planteur maisons !! un régal. Pleins d'attentions ont suivi (confitures maisons, livraison de langoustes fraiches et pas chères, colombo maison, etc.). Ils ont été disponibles, et arrangeants sur le check-in / Check-out. La villa, quant à elle, est conforme à l'annonce : propre, bien aménagée, très bien équipée, piscine très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Les douches sont propres et le débit d'eau est très bon. Prévoir des anti moustiques car il y en a pas mal dans la SDB d'en bas comme il fait humide et chaud. Un jardin magnifique, avec des cocotiers et un manguier qui nous a donné des dizaines de mangues quotidiennement tout l'été : c'était la "mangue sur le gâteau". un grand terrain (mais nous en n'avons pas spécialement profité, dans un quartier très calme; Il y a également, des jeux pour la piscine, et pour les enfants (pelle, sceau, etc.) La villa est très bien situé, à l'entrée de Saint-François. Proche des plages (même si les plus jolies, selon nous, ne sont pas celles de St François), à qq minutes d'un grill (parfait pour dépanner les repas de dernière minutes), et à 5-10' du centre de St François pr courses, resto, marché etc. Nous recommandons à 100% cette villa, et ces propriétaires ! Vous ne serez pas déçu par votre choix.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans une villa fabuleuse
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil à notre arrivée et la disponibilité de Yannick et Jean-Claude, si besoin, durant notre séjour. La villa est à la fois agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien agencée. Tous est pensé pour que l'on puisse profiter un maximum des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour ! Nous remercions Yannick et Jean-Claude et espérons avoir l'occasion de les revoir !

Un petit goût de paradis.
Tout est pensé pour notre confort. La villa est fonctionnelle, belle et bien ventilée. La climatisation dans les chambres et la literie nous ont assuré des nuits reposantes. L'extérieur est magnifique et tellement agréable : la terrasse, la piscine, le jardin exotique et luxuriant, les aménagements extérieurs... et surtout le calme... avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité (voiture indispensable pour visiter la Guadeloupe). Nous avons passé 15 jours avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 15 ans qui ont adoré. Nous remercions vivement Mme GOCHAYE qui est d'une grande gentillesse. C'est aussi une hôtesse discrète et prévenante. Nous remercions également son mari qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Bien sûr, nous recommandons fortement.
