"Sandyport was a great stay overall. It’s very family-friendly and the rooms are spacious, which made it really comfortable for our trip. I felt safe the entire time, and the location was super convenient with nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, which definitely added to the experience. The only downsides were that the property is slightly dated and I do wish they had a gym on-site. Overall, it was affordable, relaxing, and a solid choice — I’d rate it an 8/10"

"The mattresses are horrible, several elderly ppl I saw and heard complaining about the beds, I too felt the mattresses need to be changed. Otherwise Hotel Riu was great the entertainers, and pool staff, security was amazing. the shuttle company Shuttle Central the bus was in very poor condition."

"We stayed at the Cove. Dont let them convince you that it is adult only…… there were kids EVERYWHERE! Food was good, service good, but this NOT adult only."

"We booked an ocean view suite in the reserve and would highly recommend that for families traveling. The breakfast and happy hour spreads were amazing after long pool/waterpark and beach days. We were very underwhelmed by the sushi restaurant but other than that we loved our stay and will be back. "
