"It was my first solo vacation so I wanted a place where I could enjoy the sun and the water and feel safe from Covid. This place met all of my needs. The room was clean and comfortable (although I found the walls a little thin which could be noisy during daytime hours). The staff were so friendly and helpful (I've had so many bad experiences with customer service at all-inclusives). The food was great. Better than any all-inclusive I've been to. All fresh and tasty with a good variety. I ate at two of the specialty restaurants and the buffet. All great. I never bit into anything where I thought "nope, not worth it". The drinks were also excellent and not watered down at all. The nightlife is not great but it's walking distance to Atlantis. The "beach" is just a cove (but still nice sand) because it is on the waterway that leads under the bridge. But there is a free shuttle that takes you to and from Cabbage Beach which is 5 minutes away. And that beach is beautiful. The pool is nice but not heated. The wifi is free and it was strong so I had no issues. There is a fridge in the room but it wasn't stocked with anything which I found strange for an all-inclusive. "

"Breathtaking. Beautiful. Rooms were spacious with tranquil bathrooms. Pools amazing. Cost of food, just a croissant and coffee for 2 was outrageous. Very few casual restaurants near by. Only options were poolside. Cove needs a quaint little cafe. Staff were exceptional. COVID tests were quick and easy. Nurses were very friendly and professional. "
