"Nice hotel, service is not the greatest.. was in line at the coffee shop and the server was chatting with her friend while I was just waiting there till they finished their conversation.. same thing at the breakfast restaurant, had to ask for something twice, there were only 2 tables seated and like 10 staff walking around.. the staff always seems to be chatting. Nice location, but everything surrounding closes at 5pm so don’t expect to be shopping or walking around downtown at night, it’s deserted. Otherwise, nice lobby and bar, good bartenders at the bar. "

"Ac did not work. Fan in bathroom could not be turned off. Room was next to janitor and close to street so too much noise. Location was soso. Staff was friendly though"

"The slides were not operating. The jungle slide was closed. The surge slide was closed. The challenger slide was closed… we paid for the pool"

"Not great value but fun for the kids. The property is huge. It’s a mega resort. Very well kept and staff were nice but it was insanely busy. Food was expensive and poor quality for the most part. Drinks were so so. Very inconsistent. Overall it felt like a mix of Vegas and Miami with lots of things for kids to do. "
