"Food was good. All good except the bathroom was very dirty in the way that the tile was grungy and needed a real scrubbing. Other than that fine. "

"We had a blast an enjoyed everything about Atlantis! It was absolutely beautiful, we stayed in the Royal Tower and it is an older building but kept up with nicely. Our room was right over the turtle exhibit, with a water view, it was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool (easy to get chairs even during peak time) and did a couple slides too (no kids, just us, mid 50’s), had fun!!! There is so much to do, we are already planning a trip back!!!"

"By far the worst service I’ve ever received in any country at any hotel or resort. It says all inclusive and nothing was included except one terrible restaurant and a bunch of bad service. The rooms got cleaned once a day and we still had dirty blankets from the people that were there before us. Breakfast at the Atlantic was terrible every day, even though the food was made fresh it always seemed as if it was three or four days old. Booking any other restaurants was hell and high water due to overbooking and a poorly setup system. None of the outlets in my first room were getting power so I was moved on my second day to a room where the thermostat didn’t work. They expect you to pay for things like laundry service which should be included in the all inclusivity. Most of the public transportation will rip you off, they tell you one price at your hotel and another once they get you away from their boss so they can charge you more."

"Check in process is terrible. Only one person checking people in with 10 people waiting to check in. Made it to the counter after 30 minutes waiting and they said my room wasn't ready. Check in time is 4 pm and it was after 4 pm! I waited an hour came back and room still not ready. They finally 'upgraded' me to a room that was ready. Zero out of ten would not recommned. Check out was just as bad. Hire more counter people! "

"The ocean was not visible from our room, however, a short walk brought us to the ocean, sound, pools, and restaurant. The accommodations were worn but clean and comfortable."

"For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine which was ok and again the staff working in that area was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Great place to stay . You can get all over Atlantis by a free buss great location there is a food store and a liquor store right over there . Helps out cus everything is so expensive lol but I would stay there again for sure "
